Excel Communications is owned and operated by Frank Costantino, a tenured telecommunications professionals with more than two decades of experience. A self-proclaimed technology geek, Frank formed Excel Communications based on the belief that small and medium sized businesses in need of communications products and services deserve honest advice and superior customer service.

Excel’s approach is always to listen first so we understand your business needs for now and for the future, so we can recommend with confidence. We never push a “canned solution,” but rather we customize the right solution. Frank Costantino

Owner / Engineer

Frank has been a part of the telecommunications industry since 1994, most recently as service manager with ComTech Systems, and prior to that as a field engineer with Black Box Network Services and Telecommunications Systems Management. Frank began his telecom career with National Telephone, after working for UPS for eight years and being Honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps.
